REFUND POLICY

At Funk And Fashion, we take pride in the quality and value of our digital products. Because our items are intangible, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy and waive any rights to dispute charges based on dissatisfaction or change of mind.
Exceptions (if any)
Refunds may only be issued in rare cases where:

A duplicate order was accidentally placed.

A verified technical error on our end prevents you from accessing the product and we are unable to resolve it.
To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at the Contact page of our website, and include your order number and a description of the issue.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent claims.
